Booking and
cancellation conditions
Scope
These conditions govern accommodation bookings made through [domain to be completed] or through the official channels of Confidencia, Sevilla, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. By confirming a booking, the guest accepts these conditions and, where applicable, those of the Marriott Bonvoy programme and the brand's booking system.
Booking process
A booking is considered confirmed once the corresponding confirmation has been received. The guest is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided.
Prices
Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. [Treatment of VAT, tourist tax and other charges to be specified.]
Payment
Payment terms (guarantee, prepayment or payment at the hotel) depend on the rate selected and are set out at the time of booking, in accordance with the conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy programme and the Marriott booking system. [Accepted payment methods to be specified.]
Cancellation and amendment policy
Cancellation and amendment conditions are governed by the policies of Marriott International and the Tribute Portfolio brand, and depend on the rate booked. The specific conditions (free cancellation period, penalties and non-refundable rates) are set out at the time of booking and in the Marriott Bonvoy confirmation.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00.
- Check-out: until 12:00.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer legislation, accommodation services for a specific date are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 103 of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).
